Enroll your child in Kids' Adventures before- or after-school care at your school.
Getting started is easy!

Get your student's immunization records.

You must present immunization records for each enrolled student before they can attend a Kids' Adventures program. You can obtain these through your family physician or school administrator.

Submit forms, records and annual fee.

For each enrolled student, you must submit the following to your
Kids' Adventures School Director:

  • Enrollment form - download it in English or Spanish
  • Emergency card - download it in English or Spanish
  • Immunization records
  • $50 enrollment fee (one per family, per year)
