Trisha Kramer has been the Kids Adventures director at Landmark Academy since 2010. Her 5 boy are three, eleven, sixteen, eighteen & twenty, and according to Trisha, they are her inspiration for staying active. She uses her fitness & nutrition knowledge to help empower kids in her program to make healthy snack choices & stay active. Trisha’s goal is to have every child bring at least one fresh fruit or vegetable for snack each day & to continue to have her students engage with movement activities where each student obtains 3,196 pedometer steps in her before and after school programs.  

 

While pursuing her degree in education, Trisha also finds time to enjoy hiking 13ers & 14ers, paddle boarding, yoga, running & cooking healthy meals & snacks.
